We come from Cle Elum and love it. Service is fantastic. Atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing. Our favorite is splitting the chop salad and a pizza. We can not wait for weather to improve and you are open for lunch on the weekend. We are always so sad when we come to Ellensburg on the week end but you are not open yet. This place was great we took the family out for the wife's birthday. The staff hands down the best. The food my family loved it. They had keto meals for me. The atmosphere, there was a local enjoying his drink and the company of the staff. Couples out on there dates. And friends just having a great time. If you want to experience a nice part of ellensburg check them out. Even the inside of the building is just something to enjoy and take in. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Great service, good prices. Wine/selection is good. Friendly informative servers. Dined a number of times. Pizza was good, charcuterie plate was plentiful and we love their BRIX Campfire Cake.

Brix is a wonderful place to grab a glass of wine or a bite to eat. Pizzas, salads, paninis, etc; vegan and keto options available. Beautiful decor and comfy seating makes for a nice place to let your day go, or have a celebration or friendly gathering. Their dessert menu is out of this world and definitely something to consider sharing - or not, no judgement.

Great food. Fantastic service. The Hulu pizza is the best pizza in town. Will be back again ever time that we are in town!
