For what it is, this is a great place to grab an ice cream, cheeseburger, slice of pizza, Italian sub, and/or onion rings (The funnel cake fries are BOMB!). It’s proximity to the H&BT Rail Trail makes it THE IDEAL place to stop and refuel before heading out to bike, hike, and geocache.
Little Mom & Pop places like this are so far and few between these days. Sure, you can go into Bedford Square or Everett proper for more commercial fast food options, but none of those places operate with a well seasoned grill like Brite Spot does.
The staff here have always been super friendly and attentive. We come here to grab a bite to eat and to slow down. We’re mindful that there are only so many staff on hand manning the place.
Most of their clientele seem to be workmen in the area. An excellent gauge as to how good the food is, when there is a steady stream of people picking up orders on their workday.
There is a drive up window and outdoor and indoor seating. It is worth mentioning there are no public restrooms on the premises. I’m sure there is a bathroom for the staff, but with the inside area being so small, it would be a safety issue if customers were allowed to walk through the kitchen area to get to the bathroom.
It’s a very tidy and neatly kept establishment. And a nice break from the hustle and bustle of town and traffic elsewhere. They should be called “The Sweet Spot.”

Hadn't visited Brite Spot for many years. So glad we chose to eat here again. Stopped by after walking the HB&T Rails to Trails. Got Cheeseburgers and fries and strawberry shakes. The burgers were very good as well as the fries (lots of them). The shakes were thick and very strawberry, much better than McDonald's. Stopped again a couple of weeks later and got subs. The small subs are 9" and had a lot of meat and cheese and all the veggies you could want. The large are 18" and the price is very reasonable, especially considering the amount of ingredients. I ordered ahead and they were ready and waiting when I got there. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Would go there again and recommend to friends.
Brite Spot is still one of the best little secrets of Bedford County. Excellent food, friendly service at still a very reasonable price.

It's a nice place to shop and get quick snack or a sub to take home, their food is fresh and always made right. It's my favorite place to visit when I go through Everett.

Haven't been here in ages, and I was shocked to see that it was still there when we drove past. Of course, we had to stop and get hoagies and milkshakes. It was just as good as I remember! Service is very slow, though, so only go if you've got the time. It's worth the wait.
Super nice crew here! Shakes ate awesome, but ask for about half the peanut butter in the shake cause if you get it regular it's a bit too much. Go with chocolate ice cream also :)
New owners pizza has no flavor its like eating cardboard. Alot of dough and it tastes like crackers, little sauce and artificial cheese. Subs are ok i got Italian little meat
