I recently visited this restaurant and I liked the elegant decor and well-structured layout. However, I must express my disappointment with the service, which fell short of expectations. The bathrooms are not clean and I’m definitely not going back.
It was a tale of contrasting experiences. On a positive note, the aesthetic appeal and well-thought-out structure of the place captured my attention immediately. The decor exuded a sophisticated charm, and the overall layout showcased careful planning that contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the service at the lodge did not live up to the standard set by its physical attributes. The staff's lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness left much to be desired. It felt as though the service fell short of the welcoming and hospitable environment one would expect in a lodge.
Adding to the disappointment were the cleanliness issues in the bathrooms. Despite the promising exterior, the state of the bathrooms detracted from the overall experience. It's disheartening when a fundamental aspect like cleanliness is overlooked, as it significantly impacts guests' comfort.
While the aesthetics and structure are commendable, the service and cleanliness concerns need urgent attention. Addressing these aspects would undoubtedly elevate the lodge's standing and make it a more appealing choice for guests seeking a seamless blend of style and quality service in their accommodations.
