Quick note to the owner from a Williamsburg local dying to return to this establishment: GET A NEW DJ. We’ve gone to Brickhouse so many times on a Friday or Saturday and the DJ plays the same 20 tracks every time we’re there. Respectfully. We were looking for a play to go party tonight and Brickhouse came up and no one wants to go because we are sick and tired of listening to Apple Bottom Jeans and Get Low. DJ Dan is great, but the music he consistently plays is so ridiculously outdated that it’s gotten to a point where we stopped coming by. Which sucks because the food is great and so is the establishment itself. Please ask your DJ to play new music! Please! Leave the throwbacks for two days a month. Just please ask him to update his music. We are begging you. All we want to do is go to your establishment, buy a bunch of booze and dance til you kick us out, but we can’t do that with DJ Dan and his Wobble playing every single weekend. Play new music! Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Sub
