The food was delicious took my father here for his birthday We loved the food we ordered the home run appetizer sampler with meatballs chicken tender fresh nachos chips with queso. We went here for dinner. After the host seated us, we waited over 30 minutes for someone to wait on us. Multiple servers walked by us and attended to other tables. Not one stopped to check to see if we needed anything. No one even brought us water. After 40 minutes, my husband and I had enough of being ignored and left. We will never go back. The food I got sucked. Ribeye tough as shoe leather and beans couldn't be stabbed with my fork because they were fighting back. Sat through my short meal with empty glass. Stay away from the high end food here. Treat it like McDonalds, burgers and fries and you should be alright. Manager was stand up enough to remove the the shoe leather from my bill. I came to this nice restaurant and had a mixed experience. The customer service was super good, it deserves a solid 5 stars, also a super comforting atmosphere. However, the food, while it has the potential to be top of the lists, fell short. It seems like there might be room for improvement in the kitchen's quality control. Food was incredibly bland. We ordered shrimp as an appetizer and it was tasteless, rubbery, and too crunchy. The drinks weren’t half bad but the service was so slow and we were barely checked on. You would think it’s a good place because the atmosphere is actually nice but the food was awful. The burgers and chicken fingers were not good which is strange because those are meals you can’t really mess up. The fries needed salt and pepper as per why there’s a huge bucket of salt on the table- they may want you to season your own food!!This may be a good sit down at the bar drink spot but not a good food spot. I sat at the bar to have dinner with my brother the other night. It was our first time at this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was! Lots of great beer choices, cool cocktail menu. The bar was clean, the bartender Veronica was attentive and charismatic. She recommended the duck wings and deviled eggs which were solid. I had the drunk pork chop (10/10) and my bro said the ribs were 🔥. All in all a great experience and will definitely be returning to this spot. Mozzarella sticks are A+. My ribeye, veggies, and mashed potatoes were perfect. Momma's chicken fried steak was a bit flavorless, and the gravy wasn't cooked enough as we could still taste the flour? My son's pepperoni pizza sauce was spicy for some reason. I wish I had taken more pics, but they were already eating. I just hope it was an off night. Otherwise, the place is great. Got seated but no one came over to our table for 15 mins. We were on our way out but the manager, Ryan, asked us if anyone had been over to our table yet and we said no. He saved the day and took out order right away! We got our food very quickly and it was good! And the dessert was huge!!
