Hands down the single worst dining experience "ever". I'm not sure I even want to call it dining when you don't get any food. I could have ordered Door Dash at this site and got food before the waitress acknowledged we existed. 4 other tables/customers that were seated after us were getting "To Go" containers before we got water (exactly 1 hour later). All we wanted was to order drinks, apps, and our meal and the wheels immediately fell off. Our complaints about the service were discarded and other servers smirked and actually laughed about our complaints. The complaints soon reached the onsite manager that had little or no explanation as to why our entire order for the 4 of us was in the wind. One meal of chili was brought out 15 minutes before the salad. No other meals were brought to the table until we talked to the manager. Repeated apologies not accepted, and the offer of a free meal was refused as I did not want or accept an hour old warmed-over To Go bag of sh++. Thanks for the humiliating experience and going to make sure I get the word out about how your organization treats its customers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Used to go here a lot but they changed the menu and now are trying to be more upscale with their prices. $18 burger and fries. They also removed the wings and chips special which was great and now offer the wings at a higher price with less food. Not going back unfortunately. We visited on an early Friday afternoon. Greeted by Jenna at the bar. Had great service, the drinks she made were excellent! Very attentive, pleasant and professional! Every thing was timely. Very disappointed. Horrible experience, We had a reservation for 5:30pm and did not get our fried fish dinner until 7pm. Our waitress was super nice and extremely apologetic. We know this was not her fault at all. We found out from one worker that this place accepted 2 very large grub hub orders that buried the kitchen and clearly took priority over the customers who were already seated. We saw the grub hub orders and there must have been at least 40 carry out boxes per each order. Another employee told us this happens all the time and management doesn't seem to care. This place could be awesome if they made their customers who stop in for food and drinks a number 1 priority. First time in Akron, from Columbus. Went to purchase a car at Vandevere and before heading back, we chose this place to eat dinner. We waited about 20 min to be seated (enjoyed the fire on the patio). We ordered 2 long islands that were extremely sweet with no alcohol at all. The bartender lady (blonde) was rude when we asked for shots as a replacement and told me the long islands "weren't sweetened". I've ordered enough long islands in my life to know that those were very sweet and unacceptable. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the general manager, Michael, who immediately offered us new drinks and took them off our final bill. The second long island had a strong sour mix taste and wasn't up to par neither but I accepted it and my husband ordered whiskey shots instead. Our waitress was kind, but not very attentive, or at least, not very consistent. Michael did come back to our table to chat for a moment and informed us that the restaurant had fallen off and are trying to get their groove back. I'd say, get the bartenders to make drinks the way they are meant to be and are KIND and to make sure servers are attentive and organized.
