It was 7° outside and walked into a FANTASTIC BREAKFAST and nice cozy warm comfortable booth. The server was kind, genuine and quick. My Popeye's benedict was perfect with lots of toppings and not to salty hollandaise sauce that was delicious. Palatine restaurants have stepped it up in the last year and Annie's Restaurant and Pancake house is at the TOP ! Another 5 star. PS: coffee was $3 but dark robust and hot. Will go back for sure.
