I have been trying different restaurants for awhile and Brentwood Grille is definitely the best so far. I had a filet that was cooked to perfection and the taste was out of this world. Everything I tasted was a delight. I wish I remembered the servers name. She was wonderful as well. I will be back. Food was fantastic. I ordered the Lobster Bisque, Roast Acorn Squash, Parmesan Truffle Fries, and Creme Brulee. Restaurant was very clean and spacious, nice decor, and there's plenty of parking. Amazing food! We had the rack of lamb, filet mignon and perch -- all perfectly prepared and very flavorful. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Fair prices. Overall, the experience/food was okay. The price was a little high for the quality and quantity of the food. The steak was lacking flavor and on the dry side. While I didn't have a bad experience, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The service was at least better. Maybe stick to going during happy hour for half off apps. Chef Zach is top notch! Food melts in your mouth. The manager Kate is on point with everything that she is trying to do. Wine list is superb! Food is amazing and the menu is only going to get better. It was a mediocre experience - I wouldn't necessarily call it bad, but wouldn't call it excellent either. The evening didn't get off to a great start when we arrived for our booking but they weren't ready for us, having to wait twenty minutes standing at the door while they prepared the tables. They were extremely busy so I'm trying to allow for that. Drinks orders took a while and wrong drinks left on tables, the group had to do a swap around. The food took a very long time, we had two rounds of bread rolls while waiting for the appetizers, there nearly an hour before for started arriving. Food itself was tasty, but basic (appetizers) and the mains again took a long time to arrive. Presentation was excellent, most were happy with their meals, mine was too rich and been cooked in far too much butter. Desserts were well presented and delicious. Service was ok, they were doing their best given how busy they were, but there should have been a lot more staff on. Seafood focus but options for all on this varied menu. Local fish to Mediterranean salad, prawn, chicken and beef selections, followed by creme brulee and cake! Full bar and decent wine list. Perfect dinner. Our server Bree was outstanding! She had great suggestions on the menu. My white fish was perfectly cooked, amazing taste. The duck entree's were a huge hit with both guys who had it. This was our first time there. The calamari was really good, and cooked perfectly. The side salad was good, but the dressing was the best part. The steak was cook perfectly, and the sides where just as good. Out server, Kim was fantastic. I hope I get her again. Prices were reasonable for the type of food, and the ambiance.
