The breakfast shack serves good quality and great tasting food 😋. They are definitely a very busy place but the service is great 👍. It was my first time there, and I almost missed the cut-off time because they closed at 2. I will definitely go back and try the Chile Verde omelet. Food is so good and portions are gigantic. If you’re in Redlands this is a way better choice than your chain breakfast spots. Pancakes are great, eggs Benedict is great. I only wish it were bigger so the waits for tables wouldn’t be so long, but the service is excellent and the food comes out fast.
