This place is heaven if you're only looking for the expensive but oh-so-worth-it Callebaut and Valrhona series. There's a wall just for them and I can almost taste the wonderful chocolate melting in my mouth.
The space is clean, organised and air conditioned. They sell limited ranges of baking ingredients and tools. For the luxury that the aforementioned brands brings, I expected wider selection in basic ingredients like butter flour (they only had AP), butter (no butter, just margerine) and nuts (no nuts). It could be a specialised shop selling delicious cocoa so just bear that in mind when you come.

Ruang kedai yang selesa, bersih dan layanan mesra. Harga berpatutan untuk setiap barangan namun selalu 'out of stock' untuk barangan yang menjadi target oleh baker kecil-kecilan. Perbanyakan pilihan lain. Kami hanya memerlukan produk yang berkualiti pada harga mampu milik. Diharap terdapat penambahbaikan dalam merestok produk baru secepat yang mungkin. Atau dalam erti kata lain, jangan tunggu barang habis dulu baru restok. Bila 2-3 kali pergi barang yang dicari masih tiada, baker akan beralih arah pada kedai yang lain walaupun kedai anda menjual pada harga lebih murah.
