On 30th December 2023, I went to Bread & Beyond Johar Town Branch and I ordered a customized cake of 8 Pounds for my Daughter's 1st Birthday.
And on 2nd January 2024, what I received was totally a joke and more than enough to ruin the 1st Birthday of my daughter.
What I want:
Same pink cake, but in Black & Golden (or Light Yellow) Color.
Except for the color, nothing else I changed.
What I got:
A Joke and A Blunder
Bread and Beyond is Not Recommended at all for Customized Cakes, and for other items/things buy at your own risk!
In addition to all of the above, their customer service is unprofessional and 3rd Class.

If someone ask me for best cake order place's i will always prefer for #Bread&Beyond. Something they also takes orders on urgent basis on customer requests with same taste and quality. Never gets disappointed. #Reasonable Prices
Large variety of pastries, breads, muffins, dounits, fruit salad. Pastry i bought was not fresh. Prices are bit high. Anyways taste was good. They don't give you printed bill. That was dissapointing.
some products are really really good and many of them are bad. im not talking about rhe quality here rather im talking about the service here. most of the time their products are unavailable at stores and the main reason is their supplies. shopkeeper says their delivery doesnt come in on time.
Good taste good quality. Mostly I purchase bread and eggs and some bakery items for eating. Their bakery items are always fresh and tasty. They have variety of products. Fast food items are also available
Besstttt bakery and sweet shop! You can get all kinda food at good price and extremely delicious. Live bakery is also available... Good sandwiches and pizza!
I have tried their salad bar and pastry. The fruit salad was made of only apples. The pasta salad was much better and had good taste and quality.
The pastry was not fresh at all. I have tried their breads and cakes numerous times but I think this branch of Bread & Beyond is not delivering quality as compare to their other branches.
Overall an average experience and you can try it on your own risk.
