I put in my order for pickup…when I arrived at the restaurant all of the girls at the front were on their phones. One stared blankly at me and eventually asked for the name… no greeting… zero customer service …she put the receipt on the counter for me to sign.. and went on to something else… another person put my food up on the counter a little bit later.. she didn’t even look up… zero words …ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I get home and I’m missing part of my order.. I called.. regardless of picking it up again or delivery it would be at least another 20 minutes… all of our other food would be cold by then… Rude… ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE… Go anywhere else but Bravos.. the food isn’t that great to be treated so horribly Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food sucks after new owners took over. Over cooked fried fish 🐟 and food was warm not hot. Dad couldn't get a hot cup of coffee... they said they would make a fresh pot but didn't. Food was dry and cold. I asked the waitress to replace my cold fries! She agreed and came right back with a smaller plate of fries than i orignally had. They were over cooked!
