Had a horrific customer service experience. I would like to first say that our server/bartender Deana was amazing ,sweet and deserves to be promoted, with that out of the way we had a horrible experience with the GM Candace. Ordered a spaghetti bolognese, it came out dry like it was under a heat lamp for a prolonged period. When it was brought to the GMs attention she twirled my food with her hair hanging over the plate and asked me if she wanted me to dump marinara sauce on top? I said no I ordered bolognese not marinara, she told me not be rude and that’s how it’s made. I was shocked and said no I will pass, not only did I not want her hair in my pasta I also did not want a crispy heat lamp heated dish with a sauce I didn’t order on top of it. She then attempted to argue the situation Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had the Valentine's Day special for $59.99. The bread was very good. The Caesar Salad was lackluster. It took almost an hour to get our entrees, but the Shrimp & Lobster Fettuccine was filling, despite being a little greasy. Finally, the Caramel Cheesecake was excellent to finish off the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we could flag them down. I kept running out of water though, which I'll chalk up to how busy they were for the holiday. This place is good in general. Flavors are not as I expected but they’re good. My food was cold when served and they brought me some Parmesan cheese when I already finished eating, that was disappointing. Drinks are good! Staff is excellent! I made a reservation one month before going and it was the best decision because it was Christmas Eve and it was on its full capacity. What I didn’t like is that they gave me my table for 2 people 30 min later from my reservation and there were many empty tables but they decided to give the tables first to larger groups.
