Got here almost closing time. The staff were super friendly and nice. Orders came out hot and right! I asked for no pickles on my bacon burger with extra mayo. The hubby got a triple patty burger and asked for extra mayo and extra lettuce with NO cheese. They did everything correctly. The fries were salted just right and fried just right. Some small bits were crispy, how I like them. The only small complain I have is that the diet Dr. Pepper was so watered down. But I understand that it can be tricky to get the right mixture combo for these fountain drinks...though, it will be a nice touch to make sure that their beverages taste good, too. The burgers were really good. We will be back for the burgers and fries.

This Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store was awesome. We haven’t visited a Braums in quite some time. Our favorite is the yogurt twist in the waffle cone (of course a large). It was as good as we remember. It was fantastic. We would definitely return to this Braums if we are in this area again. The employees were friendly and fast. The parking was adequate.

I love a good Braum’s burger, and the fries are a favorite. My low rating is not for Braum’s as a restaurant, but for this specific location. The employees here simply cannot understand simple instruction. The last three visits they have managed to screw up at least one thing in a simple order. “No cheese!”, they put cheese on it…$10 for a burger, fries and drink, and you can’t listen to simple instructions? She repeated the order wrong, was told “No! Please, no cheese”. Got burger with cheese. Will not eat at this location again.

My order was right, but it took 3 tries for my husbands order to be made right, and then it was marinating in mustard. He had to wipe it off with a napkin. Friendly employees.

This is the best Braums I have been to in NWA and I have eaten at many of them. I usually go to Braums for breakfast so far I have been really pleased with this location.

Always a fun family experience! We live buying our milk from here, and it’s a great treat for the kiddos after we eat the main meal at another restaurant. They have plenty of team members and when our group of nine stood in line, they all raced to get us through as quickly as possible. Such great teamwork!! Well done! Ps- the mixes are sooooo good!

This place gets packed on different days of the week. What I really like about it is the frozen yogurt. The place is clean and people are nice. There’s also a grocery area where I buy the milk, which is free of hormones and they sell it at an unbeatable price.
