Love this Braum’s! They are our dinner hero’s often and it’s because their food is amazing and their ice cream is so good! I would occasionally take my boys here and eat inside for a fun experience as well. Staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Also, their milkshakes are 10/10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love Braum's! I buy all my hamburger meat there and they have much better deals on milk than anywhere around. Not only do they have better prices or at least comparable ones, but the taste and quality far surpasses any grocery store chain I'm familiar with. Not to mention the ice cream and variety of burgers, fries and chicken strips. Don't get me started on the fruit... I love Braum's..... Generally not a very clean restaurant, service subpar. On this particular visit, I ordered a banana split. Strawberry, hot fudge and marshmallow. Not a particulary tough order. She made me a chocolate and hot fudge one. So I said it wasn't what I ordered. The woman sighed, turned around and slam dunked the banana split in the trash can like she was Kevin Durant trying to dunk the winning shot. Mad at me because I had the audacity to expect what I ordered. How inconsiderate of me! At least in the end, I got something that somewhat resembled what I ordered. REVISION: I’m here to revise my review, 6 years later. After years of being dirty and run down with subpar service, somebody who cares is FINALLY in charge. The service the past several times I’ve been in has been great! The place is really clean and the I’m changing from 1 star to 5!

None of the management or employees take their job seriously and act like they hate their lives every single day. I went in to get a limeade with only soda, water and a lime. Carbonated water with lime. The lady tells me that they don’t have soda water Only simple syrup and then told me that the simple syrup is carbonated, but how is that possible when simple syrup is only sugar and water? It was a manager and she didn’t even know anything about having soda water on the fountain machine which every fountain machine has. They need better training! She just wanted to argue the whole time with me when I have worked there for four years in the past Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Braum's has been a great burger joint for the family on the go but there chicken has gone down hill and if you don't ask for crisp fries you get uncooked talking fries.. their chicken tastes like it was cooked hours ago and then just warmed up. I'll gladly wait for the chicken to cook..I don't want or expect you to throw me something out of a microwave! Do better.. Update: I couldnt deal with it so I showed the manager and she replaced the sandwich. Just sad you have to say something to get something the way it should of came the first time. Uploading a pic of the new one also. Look at the difference!

I had a basket full of groceries and my son was hungry, so we went over to the counter to get him some fries. There were 5 people behind the counter including the manager. I stood there for a long time before I asked them if they could take my order. The manager started yelling at me, and giving me a lot of reasons why they didn't help me. I grabbed my son and left after telling him that nobody is going to talk to me like that. Braums needs to do something with this guy, bc he shouldn't be working with the public. I'll never go back.
