I'm not used to seeing a fast food restaurant and mini grocery store combined, so that was interesting and cool. Unfortunately, the burger and fries were very bland and dry. The chocolate shake wasn't bad, but not spectacular either. In all honesty, I wouldn't go back because it just didn't satisfy my tastes.

The food is good, my favorite things are the fries and the ice scream. The facility is clean, on the other hand, the manager thought it was ok to get onto and call out one of her employees in front of customers. That was the only downside about that place. Just went to go get some ice cream, a single dip cone and a junior of the twist frozen yogurt. Everything is fine until I get to the second window. The single dip was fine, but then the boy in the window handed me this (the frozen yogurt), and I said "That's extremely melted..." and I went to ask if I could have it redone or change it to regular ice cream but before I could he cut me off and said "Well this is a junior so.." and I replied, "Yes, that's fine but it's extremely melted." He then just gave me a confused faced and stared at me. It ended up being so melted and runny, it was all over my hands, dripping onto my pants, I only had one napkin that was already soaked.. I had to park and wipe away half of the ice cream just so I could eat any of it. I'm really disappointed.

Probably the best fast food restaurant. Great hamburgers, great service and on top of that they have one of the best ice cream I ever have in America. Prices are very reasonable and if all that is not enough for you, they have a small store with excellent selection of products. For what I heard they produce their own milk and dairy, and it's of very high quality. You can get a milkshake with your meal instead of soda for no extra money.

I recommend this place if you are in Independence, KS. I stop here to get the ham steaks from the store. I also enjoy the frozen soft serve yogurt from the restaurant as well!

Who couldn't enjoy such a delicious burger as the one pictured below? Not me. I've tried. EVERY TIME I get a burger at Braum's...it total slop. I'm done with you. Not all Braum's are created equal. Oh and just because customers are nice enough to throw their own trash in the bin...DOES NOT MEAN the tables are now clean for the next customers. Please WIPE THE TABLES frequently. Some of the employees do circles around the table wiping. Then low and behold they are off to some other endeavor, and the tables never get a wipe down EVERY TIME I've eaten there... NOT ONE TABLE IS CLEAN! Nasty. This is one pocket book that will keep money. Thank you. Braum's helps customer SAVE MONEY AND MY HEALTH!
