The customer service is top notch. We were given samples which were super fresh. We tried the vanilla shake and the ice cream bar, our personal opinion is the toffee icecream bar is the best since it has a bunch of the toffee as well as its dipped in a chocolate that turns into a hard shell.
Bathroom available, tables to sit and enjoy treats and there is a glass window to see the production of the toffee!
Cute, clean place to go solo, a date, with family or friends! They also have a rewards program.

Toffee Ice Cream Bar
I went in store a while ago to buy some toffee as a gift and this was the second time I had a bad customer experience with their worker Vicky. She kept interrupting me and cutting me off when I was asking a few questions, she seemed annoyed to be helping me. I love Brandini Toffee as I think it's great for gifting but she left me with a bad impression of the company unfortunately :(

I love Brandini Toffee so much that I wanted to share it with some friends in Florida. I chose the Toffee Bites… 6 oz. For $19. Then on checkout the shipping was $25. Seriously? To ship a 6 oz. tin? And that was for 3-6 day standard delivery. That’s just plain gouging.
The toffee, ice cream and shakes are so delicious, but what makes this place amazing is their customer service. Patrick helped us today while we had a little family outing. He put on a show for the kids while he dipped the ice cream and made the shakes. He is an exceptional addition to that facility and the kids absolutely loved him and the treats!
I'm a Toffee person, so happy to have found Brandini's wish I had found it earlier.
Have had their Toffee popcorn without nuts, so happy they offer a with or without nuts. Sometimes you just want to eat sweet popcorn without change in texture.
The Toffee bites are to die for. Quality is unmatched from the varieties I have tried in the past.
Looking forward to trying some of their froze treat offerings.
