First timer, and now frequent patron of this amazing local California cuisine and cocktails! Drinks were on point, as was the wine 🍷. I had appetizers and was not disappointed. Very good! Service was great! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The perk for me was meeting the owner, Julie. Thank you for sharing your story. You dropped some knowledge on me about food sources, and health benefits I took for granted. Thank you for waking me up to that. Many blessings to you!! 🙏🏽

What can I say.... 👌👌👌👌👌 The food was delicious. We had the lamb loli pops for an appetizer(omg, so good😋). I had the stuffed chicken, and my husband had the braised burger. Both were very good, definitely recommend. Dessert, we had the Apple cobbler, which is seasonal, so definitely be sure to try to taste it while you can because WOW is so good!! We also tried the Salted Carmel marshmallow cake, also a amazing and delicious dessert(definitely have to be a chocolate lover for this one) Drinks we tried a couple, Raspberry lemon drop definitely on the sweeter side, but delicious. Jalapeño Fresca(my favorite!) is definitely fresh with a hint of spice not strong at all. Also tried the Paloma ahumado. Definitely recommend Braised Kitchen for a date night or with friends. Amazing food, atmosphere, and friendly service👌

Had a great time there celebrating birthday with friends. Food was pretty good but nothing that was to die for. I think I will need to keep sampling the menu to get a better feel for cuisine offerings. I had the pumpkin soup which was very good. I then had a margarita pizza that was pretty decent. We had a lot of appetizers which were hit and miss. The bone marrow was surprisingly good. Their pulled pork is very good. The calamari was not so great. I also had a old fashion that was great and a hazy IPA which tasted great. All and all pretty decent place. It is a bit expensive but their environment and cuisine is worth it for a nice evening dinner.

The food was amazing, and the atmosphere and decor were awesome 👌. Our waitress seemed a little overwhelmed. However, she did an excellent job providing us with a memorable birthday celebration. We will definitely recommend this restaurant, and we will be back. We had a few issues, but the host went above and beyond to correct it.

A co-worker of mine has been telling me great things about this restaurant. So on a Thursday night I decided to try. We originally were just going for drinks. But it turned into a great time, the atmosphere is very scale county chic. On this visit, we were in the bar, which consists of high top tables and big screen tvs, making it an excellent place to watch the game.
The bartender was very attentive and quickly brought us the menus. One thing I found very interesting that is not mentioned is that this restaurant is farm to table fresh with an emphasis on low suger and low inflammatory foods. They insist they want the food to be very healthy, but make you feel good.
For my drink, I had had the jalapeno fresca which was spicy yet strong. My second drink was the raspberry cider which was fairy tasty without a strong hops flavor. Fresh fried potato chips are delivered hot to your table after you order. I ordered that Halibut Agua Chiles which reminded me of a coastal ceviche. The flavor profile was excellent. The rest of the table ordered different items. There was an order of the surf and turf, which consisted of a thick cut piece of pork belly with a lightly grilled shrimp. My friend ordered the short rib brasied birria taco on freashy made blue corn tortillas. These were all appetizers, but they were very shareable plates.
Once our meals were completed, we all decided to get the smore for dessert which I highly recommend. The smore was very creamy and the brownie cookie smothered with chocolate is something dreams are made of. The evening started to get late and and cool evening had me chilly. But surprisingly, the bartender was able to provide me with a blanket which kept the night going a bit longer.
Overall thought this was an amazing place and I would definitely be back especially knowing that they serve brunch on Sundays.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and great food!
Only note is that we went for brunch and they did not have any sugar substitute for coffee other than monk fruit

We had a couples date night with our daughter & her boyfriend. Food was amazing. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast, skin was super crunchy yet the inside cooked to perfection. Husband ordered a New York steak. He wasn't a fan, had no flavor aside the herb butter that was placed on it. Just was no seasoning to it.... Home-made pasta and pineapple burger were great.. definitely true this place out if you haven't, we will most certainly come back... Its not cheap. So be prepared to spend 300 for 4 people.... It is worth it....

My new fav night out restaurant/bar and so excited they are in our sweet town of Tulare! Love the menu options, decor/layout, quality of food, service and everyone we encountered were soooo nice. It was such a pleasant evening with delishous food and drinks. Yes, it's a bit pricey but I don't mind paying for a classy alternative in our sweet city.
We had the Salmon Cerviche to start. (Appetizer special). Really great flavor and nice summertime addition. Then we split the Beet Salad w/goat cheese and the Lamb Lollypops. The salad had a generous portion of beets and the dressing was spot on. I could have used a bit more goat cheese but it could be that I'm obsessed with goat cheese. I'll ask for more next time. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the had a really yummy crunchy coating. We decided on the Strawberry Fizz 🍓 for our cocktail and it did not disappoint. I heard the Berry cocktail is a good one too.
Overall.. there is nothing like this restaurant anywhere in the Central Valley and I look forward to supporting them and trying everything in the menu!

The staff is very friendly and service was excellent. The table was a little too close to the people next to us. We could hear everything they said and we could've shared plates with how close they were, barely enough room for the server to stand between us. The food was very good, we had the empanada trio with shrimp, filet mignon, and pork belly, and the house salad, french onion soup, ribeye and lamb lollipops. The shrimp empanada was the best, the pork belly second and the filet seemed to taste more like ground beef. The ribeye was cooked perfectly but the lamb lollipops were the best part of the meal! They were so good! Would definitely go back but probably be asked to sit somewhere with a little more room and not waste our time with salad and soup.
