I had an AMAZING time. When I go to bowling anywhere else for some reason employees are usually inattentive and not helpful at all. But NOT HERE! Everyone was kind and were happy to answer questions with a smile. The waiter was full of energy, very respectful, and gave us great recommendations when we asked about the food. I was surprised at how welcoming and kind the people here are. I will back!!!

It's always a good time. Ambiance, food and music is amazing. I've been with family and friends a few times and love it. Bowlers Annandale is my #1 choice.

First time visiting this location. Usually go to the crystal city one. This one is by far better and the prices seem cheaper. Open parking is great as well. It was a nice crowd. The staff was attentive and no issues with the games or pins. Didn't have any food so can't speak on that.

Disappointment! I've been to Bowleros. A lot of the times this location was our go to place in Annandale because it's close to my office. Once sometimes once or twice a month, I'd bring my team for fun. This time was not the case. I realize it's loud and busy. However, when I arrived, I gave them clerk my phone and so we played pool while we waited. I waited for maybe 30 minutes which at that point I went to check and they said they took my wrong number, which is weird because she read it back. I then gave her my number again and had me wait again and sent mo the bottom of the list. Waited again waited another 20-30 minutes and said yet again, well texted you but because you didn't come to us you'll have to wait yet again. I told her that I I hadn't received a message or anything. She then told me sorry nothing we can do. At that point, decided to leave. Please understand that I understand but the lack of customer service and empathy is what's driving me to go elsewhere. I won't be returning with my team and family. Thank you

Great place for a Tuesday night bowling session!! The Bowlero website can be confusing with making a reservation. We just walked in and it was cheaper than online and quick! We didn't have to wait for our lane-- just started bowling. We did 5 games in 3 hours, the lane only had an issue once and an attendant immediately fixed it. The folks behind the bar were super friendly too!! Definitely recommend this location.

Held a surprise birthday party here tonight for 9 people and was so amazed by the service and extremely happy by how accommodating the staffing was, specifically Mo and Amina! They really made sure that everyone had everything they needed, was enthusiastic to be there which made the birthday girl really happy. Will definitely plan another event here in the future.

Love Bowlero. Had a BDAY party for my son there. They put gutter rails up for the kids lanes. Food and drinks were kinda expensive for what you're getting ($4.25 for a Pepsi) but decent tasting. We had lots of fun!

First time at Bowlero Annandale last night. Made reservations online. Once we arrived the staff were very friendly and already had our reservation pulled and ready. We got our shoes and lane assignment and were set up and bowling within 10 minutes of arriving. Food and drinks were great and the overall environment was very nice. Staff even came by and provided us with a personalized card and three free games for a future reservation. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great family environment for relaxing fun and games.

I recently hosted my team's quarterly event here, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and a whole lot of fun. Their attention to detail truly set them apart. What truly impressed us was the personalized touch they added to our event. They went above and beyond by incorporating our company logo on the screens, setting up a beautifully arranged table with delicious food and charming decor. These thoughtful gestures made the atmosphere even more enjoyable and added a special touch to our gathering. I must give a special shoutout to Sam, our server, who was outstanding. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring our group had a fantastic time were truly commendable.
