Food and the energy is 5 stars but they’re never open. Have tried to eat here at least a dozen times in the last 6 months and they’ve been closed every time. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
I never knew we had an authentic New Orleans po-boy place in Missouri City. I can finally get my Hot Sausage poboy and Pineapple Big Shot fix on a regular basis😁. I got a chance to try Mr. Pat's food for the 1st time on Monday night and he did not disappoint. My husband and I are originally from Louisiana, so it's always special whenever we can find a restaurant that reminds us of home. The food is made fresh to order. Mr. Pat is the cook, the cashier, waiter, owner, etc. He shows great hospitality to all of his customers and makes sure that everyone leaves satisfied. Overdue Review for Bourbon Street Po-Boyz It is with great enthusiasm that I write this long overdue review for Bourbon Street Po-Boyz. My experience at your establishment was nothing short of extraordinary, and I am eager to share my thoughts with the world. From the moment I stepped through the doors of Bourbon Street Po-Boyz, I was transported by the warm, welcoming hospitality of Pat the owner, who set the stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable culinary journey. Before I start, let me remind you this is a one-man show, that’s unbelievably catered to his customers. I am always on the hunt for authentic flavors that evoke the spirit of Louisiana. Bourbon Street Po-Boyz not only met but exceeded my lofty expectations. From the moment the first bite of the crispy, golden shrimp Po'boy touched my lips, I knew I was in for a treat. The perfect marriage of fresh, ingredients and expert seasoning resulted in a flavor explosion that left my taste buds singing with delight. The chicken sandwiches achieve a delicate balance of crispy, golden-brown bread and succulent, well-seasoned fillings that left me utterly speechless. With each bite, the crunch of the perfectly toasted bread gave way to tender, flavorful chicken that was expertly seasoned to perfection. Setting a new standard for what a chicken sandwich should be. The seafood combo is a true masterpiece, featuring a tantalizing array of flavors and textures that will delight even the most discerning palate. From the succulent fish to the plump, juicy shrimp and the indulgent boudin ball, each element is expertly prepared and served golden crispy fried to perfection. The harmonious combination of these delectable seafood offerings creates a symphony of taste that transports diners to the bustling markets of coastal Louisiana. With each bite, you'll savor the freshness, and seasoning that elevates every morsel to a culinary revelation. This seafood combo is a testament to Bourbon Street Po-Boyz's commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to delivering an extraordinary dining experience. In conclusion, Bourbon Street Po-Boyz has undoubtedly earned its place as a culinary gem within Mo City. The commitment to authenticity, the impeccable quality of the food, and the infectious energy of the owner Pat make it a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of New Orleans. I am already looking forward to my next visit and the opportunity to indulge in the unparalleled flavors that only Bourbon Street Po-Boyz can deliver. Don’t take my word, go check it out yourself!
