I have to admit that I'm so frickin used to eating Krispy Kreme donuts. With the courtesy of the employees, it really helps the business be a success. The young lady who took my order and sold me on their breakfast sandwich is very professional and kind. Long story short... I hate to leave 3 stars. It is only because the taste of my favorite donut is not consistent. I think the machine they use to fill donuts isn't cleaned properly because the vanilla filled taste like the apple, it's just a weird taste. I took a break for two weeks and the taste was still off. I may try again in the future but it has been disappointing not having what used to be an every two day treat to not having it at all. Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hands down BoSa donuts are the best I have EVER had. They always have a great selection even past the normal donut time. Prices are a little high but they are definitely worth it. The best donuts around. I usually get the ham and cheese stuffed croissant with jalapeños after work. My friend from work couldn't choose between the apple fritter or bear claw. He went with an old-fashioned and a bear claw. We both had never tried it thinking it was just a chunky AF donuts it was actually stuffed with apple chunks. It was 👌 awesome. This was my first time visiting. You walk in the door and the smell is amazing! The display case makes you want one of everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful and service was quick. The chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing and peanut topping was divine! And, the Apple Fritter was one of the best I've had! I visited around 11am and they tasted like they were 6am fresh! They also have Boba and Vietnamese coffee. I had the iced Vietnamese and it was delicious! Highly recommend! They advertise as best donuts in Phoenix, and they deliver on that claim! I can't wait to go back!

These are the best donuts that have come across. They're always plentiful even at 7:00 at night! Not super sweet and the dough is just right. No artificial preservatives here! Love that they make their own donuts. You can't go wrong with any of their donuts. Yummy! So, we came here on Grand Opening Day, May 10th. It was very busy with people lined up for their free donut or small coffee. They had no restrictions on what type of donut to choose from! Hubs got a Bear Claw, and I, the strawberry filled donut. His had a good amount of apples throughout. Mine had a somewhat crisp exterior, and soft, fluffy interior and was tasty. The apple fritter, blueberry cake, chocolate donut holes, and jalapeno ham and cheese Croissant were all really good as well. The Smoothies with popping Boba are very good, as is the iced coffee. They also have sugar-free flavors like caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut. The front counter people were not very personable, but they were way too busy to chatter with anyone. They were still pleasant and cordial. ...Give it a few more weeks until they settle down. Well, they are just as great as the other donut locations I have been to. Stop by, and see for yourself! My pre-opening post in April: From other locations I've been to, they've always had a great selection to choose from, and were quite scrumptious! Can't wait until they open in May. Yummy smoothies! The owner is very nice and pleasant!

I ordered doordash, they replaced all my order with same non-selling donut. So i decided to come to store. I guess I shouldn't came here at evening time. All the donut were gone and I got cherry donut which was burnt. When my coworker brought the bosa donut in the morning, it was super soft and tasty.
