This was the cleanest and friendliest donut shop I have visited. The staff were very friendly and patient with me. The roast beef sandwich, taro smoothie, and dozen mixed are my go to order. this girl serves the man behind me first when i was already waiting. she acknowledges me and comes back from the back and serves the man that came in after me. very unprofessional and im quite annoyed. never going back to this location.

I love all the locations, staff is always very friendly, only complaint is I make sure to tell them no mayo or dressing on the lunch sandwiches and they always do it anyways so my kids end up throwing the sandwiches away cuz we can’t have it 🤷‍♀️ overall very good besides that 😊

Donuts are glazed rather than frosted and the glazer chips off while your eating them. Their "raisin pastry roll" and their filled donuts are very tasty,

Was a wonderful visit. Smelled nice and clean and everything sparkled! Thanks to the ladies who waited on us. Very pleasant for sure. And the Boston cream donuts were the freshest we've had in a long time.

I was so glad to find this second location in Prescott as the first time I was at BoSa was 1-1/2 years ago at the one off Gurley and then discovered this second location that's very close to where my mom lives. The donuts and drinks are amazing at both locations. Total yum!

I love this place!!! We got a mango and a watermelon smoothie with boba. They were both very good although we prefer the mango one. I can’t wait to try the other ones. The boba was really good. The donuts are also very good. The employees/or owners were very sweet and kind! We got two free donuts with our smoothies. Grand opening - you have to check them out.
