The chicken is usually good, can't avoid the occasional dryness if kept too long but the skin is crispy and the flesh flavourful without too much batter. If you want freshly fried chicken, get the half or whole chicken! The coleslaw is the best I ever had, I always try to get two slaws instead of one potato and one slaw per the usual set. The food was nice, the chicken was flavorful and big. But ours was a bit overcooked. We waited for more than 15 minutes for our food to arrive (granted, our order was a lot, lol). The atmosphere at the gf was quite stuffy and is full of tables. However, the upstairs is much better. They even have sofas instead of chairs. The place is comfortable and also can do work here because there have electric socket. The food is really shows borneo style, maybe one day there will be another new menu trademark only from Borneo😁. There is nothing special about this place. In my opinion the fried chicken they serve below my expectation way below Marry Brown, McD or even KFC. Beside serving fried chicken why not serving other dishes ... grill chicken, smoke chicken, etc. So sorry will not visiting this place again soon.
