I didn’t know what to expect when walking in, but upon entering was greeted and welcomed. So I’d say the customer service is definitely on the higher end. I ordered a mocha protein iced coffee, texture was smooth and not chalky which came as a surprise me because my personal experience with protein tends to be clumpy / chalky. I’ve been to this lovely spot three times, and each time was amazing. I definitely recommend if you love workers who recommend flavors and have fun making the item.
