I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and I don't know what kind of fish they gave me but it definitely wasn't the sea bass. It was stringy and chewy. Even over or under cooked sea bass isn't stringy. I've had this specific order at other Bonefish grills and even at this location before so I know the taste and texture well. They insisted it was definitely the sea bass, so I will definitely not be returning. Great service and atmosphere though. And the bang bang shrimp did not disappoint. For my birthday, my husband made a reservation for dinner. This was our first time dining at Bonefish Grill. Everything was perfect besides the weather. From the hostesses greeting us as soon as the door opened with great big smiand welcomes. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The manager Andrew took the time to go over the menu and gave great recommendations on what to order our first time from drinks from the bar to appetizers to entrée selection. My husband and I had a wonderful evening here. The food was outstanding! There is nothing negative that I could say about the experience. Our lovely waitress was Stephanie in Pineville. She was extremely informative and took genuine interest in us as guests. Everything was awesome !!! My food was amazing, but my service was A1 like my steak sauce, lol. Arkeith took great care of me today. If only he knew how bad of a day I had yesterday, his customer service definitely made today awesome!!! It's hard to find great servers. Rough welcome on the way in but MS.LISA!!made our visit worth while she was an amazing waitress and made us delicious drinks!
