What a great chose to dine at bone fish grill. The food was amazing, Our server was Morgan. Morgan was very attentive, very professional and made sure on a regular that we were good. I will truly recommend my family and friends to dine here and request for Morgan to be there server. Thanks Morgan and keep up the good work. When you first walk into bonefish you start to think I’m about to eat some good food but boy was I wrong. My meal looked like a grown kids meal. Our food look like it was already cooked and was waiting in a warmer for a few hours. If you ask me if I recommend, hell nah. Waiter was nice, efficient and professional. I like their food. There isn't alot that I can choose from (highly allergic to fish 🥲), but I enjoy what I order (shrimp, pasta, salad, or soup). I have never had a problem with cross-contamination. My visit here was a last-minute decision for a friend and I to meet for happy hour. We had gone before and had some delicious drinks for $5. Well, this time the service was slow and the drinks weren't exciting. Unfortunately, the bartender couldn't keep up with the demand at the bar or the order the people came to the bar. The nachos we nasty. I'm not sure what type of cheese they used, and the chicken tasted like frozen chicken. The mussels were nasty. The sauce was too thick. I won't order either of them again. The cocktails were ok. Open top of everything it was hard to figure out what was on the happy hour menu, and my bill didn't match the happy hour prices. The best thing on their menu is the Bang Bang Shrimp. They always get those right. It will be a long time before we are back here, if we come back. I order a chicken pasta and specifically told my waiter no artichokes. My food came out with the artichokes on my plate. I asked my waiter to get my food remade but all the kitchen did was picked out the pieces of big artichokes that were visible. Mind you my food was never remade fresh and hot. All the kitchen did was put my food on another plate. As I am eating the pasta, I noticed the artichokes still on my plate. My appetite was completely gone from that moment. This was my first time and will be my last time coming to this restaurant. Drinks are very mid for the price and had to wait an extended period of time for another glass of water. Attempted to eat here a few days ago. The food was terrible. They should've given us our meal free. My husband could've made me a better meal at our home. They knew in the kitchen that the food was not acceptable. Tired of spending my husband's money on BAD FOOD! Get better or close down and make room for a better restaurant. If I could give it one star I would. We got there our hostess had dirty socks and crocs on. I should have left then. We waited a while to be seated. We got to our seat and it took forever for anyone to come to table. When they finally got to us we all three already knew what we wanted from Appetizers,drinks dinner. We ordered and someone brought water for us but no drinks. We sat again forever. Finally our appetizer ( bang bang) came out. Still no drinks. We waited forever no waiter no drinks, bread or more water. Food came the waiter finally came over and said they didn’t bring pitcher of sangria because they had no white wine. The food we ordered was completely over cooked. All of it! My grandson could not even eat a bite of his it was so bad! My fish was not edible at all! We did not eat! We paid our bill our complete bill and got the hell outta there! It wasn’t even worth talking to staff about because you couldn’t get their attention. Keep in mind that the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. Most times there was no one seen working at all. Just completely dissatisfied. We go to the one in Virginia Beach all the time. The bartender was nice I can not remember her name but I think she had a bob. She made me a blueberry lemon drop and I think a winter white cranberry martini. Both really refreshing!! I ordered my food from the specialty menu for the evening. I chose the butter fish i believe. It was VERY bland . In their defense it was a section on the menu that said they had lightly seasoned options. Lightly seasoned is an understatement. It was very flavorless. It was about 8:30pm and it was my first meal Of the day so I ate it but i really wish they had the salmon super food salad best salad ever !!! But the drinks were good so would definitely recommend happy hour lol.

I had a good experience with the bartender. She was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions with a smile. She also made amazing drinks. The food was delicious and hot when it came to the bar. The appetizer came out with the meal but it was ok because of the customer service of the bartender. I recommend the Bang Bang Shrimp or Chicken and Shrimp with Butter Sauce.
