We had such a wonderful lunch experience at Bonefish. Link was a superb waiter displaying excellent service. He assisted with our lunch choices, recommending the Tuna Sashimi, Bang Bang shrimp, French75 and Espresso Martini. We will definitely be back soon! Bonefish Grill is a nice spot for Happy Hour and seafood options. When I visit the Winter Garden location, I prefer to sit at the bar for more attentive service and the opportunity to meet other people. For going out, this restaurant is a good mix of affordability, taste, and variety - it’s an easy people pleaser. We don't go here often because it is so busy but they have a lot of staff and they seem well trained to do their job and friendly. You should make a reservation, however. The food is really good. The bread is good. Both the house and Caesar side salads were good. The mussels Josephine was delicious. (We had to sop it all up with the bread). The pasta with salmon was good but the salmon was just a little over cooked. If my original round of bread had come out fresh and hot and our table had been draped with the proper white table linen this would have been 5 star all around. This occasion was for my sister's birthday 🎂 celebration 🍾! Kai the host went out of the way to help me get all of the items out if the car to surprise her and the staff did an amazing job with bringing out the cake and signing happy birthday with us. Our drinks 🍸 were perfect and the appetizers of bang bang shrimp 🍤 and the calamari were amazing. The blackened salmon with a side of garlic mash potatoes and the crispy Brussel sprouts with a special glaze were incredible 😲. Thanks bonefish for making this a night to remember! The atmosphere, appetizers, and dessert were excellent, but the service and the food were not. If it wasn’t for the appetizer and the dessert, I would have left the restaurant hungry, because the dish was so bland we never finished it. I would have given 3 stars if not for the fact that we came in to eat and left hungry. The waitress never even paid attention to ask why we were all taking our full dishes home. Overall she was not attentive, and we had to refill our cups with a bottle of water one of us ordered. She assumed we were done with dinner and gave us boxes, and we had to get her attention to order dessert which she never asked if we wanted. She did have a lot of tables and seemed overwhelmed, however she did not make up for this after most of her tables left. When we first walked in she asked if we have ever dined with them before, which we have (other locations), and she stated this location is the best. I’m not sure of that.
