Wow. Seriously. We are more than a little impressed, unique, delicious, cheap...and yet so, so much better than some seriously high-end restaurants. We will be stopping EVERY time we pass through.

The steak quesadilla was amazing omg! Do not be afraid because the menu is in Spanish, the tacos were so amazing. We stopped while we were leaving Glenwood springs and heading to Denver, perfect location.

Good food. Made on the spot. Limited menu. Tacos and tortas mostly. I've only had the tacos though. Great place in Edwards
