This place is great - had the Somosa Chole Chaat (samosa topping with a chickpea curry and lots of fixins). Delicious food, great portion and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely be back again soon to try more on their massive menu. If you're in the area, don't miss this spot! (Also, it's about $1 cheaper for most items if you call or order there, as opposed to online). There are also a few awesome Indian and Halal markets in the same parking lot

Samosa Chaat
**Update: Owner acknowledged the concern and took feedback positively. Appreciate that.
Worst food to spoil your day completely. I just had their Ragda Pattice. Raw chanas are served. Dish is soggy and I am having a bad stomach ache now. This is probably the worst Indian restaurant in the area.

Update: A few days after I posted this review the restaurant reached out to me and refunded the amount they charged for the Baklava that was out of stock.
Original Review:
I can't believe I even have to write this review, but I'm absolutely furious about my experience at Bombay Chaat. Let me start by saying that I understand that takeout food isn't always the healthiest option, but what they served me was beyond unacceptable. When I opened my order, all I could see was a container swimming in a sea of oil (check out the pics if you don't believe me). It was so disgusting that I had no choice but to throw the entire dish away. This was not just unappetizing; it was an absolute rip-off!
But wait, it gets even worse. I made it crystal clear that if a certain item wasn't available, they should cancel it. But what did they do? They had the audacity to substitute an item I ordered with something I didn't want (laddu instead of baklava), and to top it off, they had the nerve to charge me the full price for the original item! It's clear that they care more about squeezing every last penny out of their customers than actually meeting their needs.
The only reason they even get one star from me is because the bland Vada Pav was at least edible and resembled the correct item. But honestly, it's a small consolation for such a terrible overall experience. Bombay Chaat, you should be ashamed of yourselves for the awful service and food quality you provide. I won't be coming back, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being ripped off and served subpar food.

A true hole-in-the-wall restaurant. No seating. Food was quite good and the spicy options were nice and hot. Employee at the counter was not very helpful in explaining what the dishes were. Samosa Chaat was pretty good. Didn’t get a chance to try the sandwiches, but a bit surprised they are all on white bread and you cannot get naan or roti there.

Update April 21 ..
Feedback taken seriously- deserves one additional star ⭐️..
Tried their misal pav comes close to the authentic taste from India. Warning served ⛔️ don’t dare if you can’t handle spices .. this is hot / 🌶️.
Well done team Bombay chat.
………………….
New Chaat / Indian street food joint has opened in town as of yesterday. Currently they are not offering any seating until summer. You will have to do a take out.
The menu is limited to snacks / Indian street food, however they will soon be starting a tiffin service for lunch and dinner.
The lunch service will have curry, naan, rice etc.
We ordered vadapav and Chole bhature.
The vadapav came with a bonus of mirchi pakora. The chole had a layer of oil floating on it and the bhature were hard ( probably result not frying at the optimal temperature).
If they have to sustain the competition with nearby Indian restaurants, imo they need to up the game to stand out from the rest.

Disappointed 😞!
Pav bhaji loaded with oil but doesn't taste good, it was cold...doesn't seems fresh. We are not able to eat it. Sandwichs were too salty. Good taste doesn't means overloading with grease and spices.
