About
It's worth visiting this restaurant because of perfectly cooked cajun chicken, hash browns and chicken supreme. Many visitors note that biscuits here are good. You will be offered delicious ice tea. Bojangles is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the adequate prices as users indicate. The charming atmosphere meets you at this place. But guests rate this spot below average on Google.

I’m from up north so I have never been to a Bojangles before. I wasn’t even sure what they served just thought it was a regular restaurant chain not a chicken & biscuit place. The staff was very friendly. They call people “baby” down here, it’s endearing. Food was just ok but it’s a fast food place not a fine dining establishment. I’d say at least give the place a try if you’ve never been. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I’ve came here multiple times in the past 2-3 months. The staff is extremely rude, the service is ver very slow. The two skinny white girl and guy with long hair rather flirt than do their job. All the food was cold, had to ask for fresh food, I was told the only thing I will get fresh is fries. They also have the food stored like shown in the pictures. None of the heat lamps are on and nothing is keeping the food warm. You can also see where they have all the sides thrown into one box. It’s not worth the money they charge nor the wait you have to wait while they goaip Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Charged 45 cents for an extra sauce but gave me tenders that looked like nuggets. I got French fries bigger than the chicken. $12 total. Ridiculous

I have given this location many chances, but I can’t and won’t anymore. I go early in the morning for breakfast, when you would think that the biscuits would be fresh and hot, but this is not the case here. The biscuits tastes like they were made at least two days prior. They are so hard, dry and even cold. So hard that you can’t hardly even bite them and even the sausage patty is cold and not fresh. Service is really bad also. Not even greeted at the drive thru, just told to go ahead. Not friendly at all. Obviously no one cares about the food quality or the service here. Was my very last time stopping here. Convenience is not always better. I’d rather drive out of my way for better food and service than stop here again. Should be ashamed and everyone fired and start over. I say that because I’ve worked in hospitality business for many years and I know what it takes to succeed. No one cares about anything here. I stopped at the store today and there was only 1 person ahead of me, they had so much trouble getting his order right and then they started on mine couldn't get it right they just kept arguing with each other the older gray haired lady kept putting them down in front of the only 2 customers you had, she was correct in her analysis but not very professional the MOD didn't have any control so I just requested a refund "By far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to Will never go there again. If you want very good meal go past this place and about 2 miles on right is the Sawmill Grill, excellent food.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Corporate owned - no Cheddar Bo biscuits or brown gravy, not sure why. As others stated, this location is overwhelmed and understaffed. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our dining in order. However, one crew member was top-notch; Hailey was doing her best with minimal support (not even sure where the manager was) while other crew members were standing around. We thanked her for her hard work and good attitude. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Cajun Filet Egg & Cheese

Because , I went to bojangles today around 6:20 on October 7th and this is the amount of Mac n cheese I received then it had a nerve to be nasty Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Drive thru took forever! Hardly any customees inside. Lady seemed a little rude when taking my order. Only ordered 2 sides, potatoes and green beans, cause I've been sick and couldn't eat. Well, wouldn't you know it! My cream potatoes were macaroni and cheese! But I got the gravy! 🤣 Oh, and very pricey!

Absolutely deplorable. My boyfriend and I ordered a two piece leg and thigh and a two piece wing and breast. There were two issues with all the chicken. First, it was either overcooked or had sat out so long that it became overcooked under the heat lamps. Second, there was so much salt that the chicken was inedible. Never again. Another bad experience at this Bojangles. Couldn't make my order after waiting 15 minutes, then rudely served me a dry juiceless chicken biscuit. Not only has the food taken a hit, but this location charged for the first sauce with biscuit. Let's be honest, without sauce, Bojangles anything is incredibly dry. Keep driving...
