Very unfriendly Staff. They forgot my egg and cheese biscuit in my order, but I didn't realize it till I was halfway home. Employees cursing out loud behind counter. Other employees roaming around by drive through window, eating, and looking at their phones. This location is convenient to where I work. But I have repeatedly received cold food, brought it to manager's attention, and at this point they don't really seem to care. They have replaced my meal in the past. Only to find out whether something is missing or one portion of the meal is cold. Since I have had issues with cold food in the past and brought it to their attention for a meal replacement. They have now refused to replace anything if there is a problem. Definitely feel discriminated against. Will purposely go out of my way to go to another bojangles rather than this one. This Bojangles closes before it’s posted closing time every single day. As an uber eats driver, this costs me money. I have to cancel orders after driving a long way because the employees are closing before they are supposed to. Every time I go near closing time, myself and other people walk up to find out it is closed before it should be. This is actively costing other working people money. Get it together. Service: 1

Whenever I'm missing or longing for that Southern Hospility feel again; This particular Bojangles checks all the boxed for sure. Conversation & people that don't just see you as another customer. They treat you like family! I was going for lunch and needed to get back to the office quickly, so I went through the drive thru. I was happy to see that there was a short line at 1:30pm and minimal wait to place an order. That’s where it went downhill. The gentleman that was working only said “Bojangles”, in which I went ahead and place my order. Then in a short and snappy attitude he only said “side, drink”. I gave up at that point. I’m not expecting someone to bend over backwards, but the attitude for no reason is not acceptable. I drove off without collecting the order as I’m not going to spend a dime where this type of attitude is tolerated. Stopped on a Saturday morning at 6:15 am for cajun filet biscuit combo to go. No line, nice and quiet and when I got to office my buscuit was delicious but the fries not so much, limp, very small portion and disappointing. Stopped by on the way out of town and hit the drive thru. Fastest drive through I've ever been and the chicken was super fresh! Biscuit was also one of the best I've had as it melted in my mouth.
