upon ordering a meal, I found the taste to be unsatisfactory, specifically concerning the doneness of the chicken and its texture. I promptly brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, who, regrettably, displayed a dismissive attitude and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the meal. Despite my concerns, he declined to acknowledge the issue and even questioned the validity of my complaint. In an effort to find a resolution, I requested an alternative dish – the crispy chicken rice bowl. However, the manager’s demeanor remained hostile, and he refused to provide any contact information for further assistance. When I inquired about a customer service number or an email address to reach out to corporate, he rudely suggested that I should “google it.” The lack of professionalism and customer service extended to the point where I felt compelled to speak with the general manager. Unfortunately, the manager on duty at the time declined to provide his name. One of the other employees refused to provide his name only mentioning, General Manager Will, would be available the following morning and I should call and speak to him. I believe in open communication and resolution, and my intention is not to escalate the situation but to ensure that my concerns are heard and addressed appropriately. This location is in Camden SC. I called to order a family size 20 piece bucket of chicken and asked, I asked how long would it take for them to cook a fresh batch of chicken for me (which I have requested over the phone several times in the past) The employee was very disrespectful towards me saying, well what do you mean, all our chicken is fresh. I told her I know your chicken is fresh, I just want them to cook a new batch which in the past I've been told will take 23 minutes, she couldn't to say over and over I don't know what want. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she is the manager! Terrible customer service should be fired! I then called the Lugoff location and placed my order with no problem! Service: 1

I made the mistake of visiting some time between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM after the lobby closed. Who closes that early?? My experience is only that of buying after the lobby closed. I'm sure the experience would be different had I arrived earlier. Anyway, I went through the drive through and ordered. My first choice was unavailable. Second clue to run. I got my meal and it was just barely edible. Chicken was dry and tough as nails and the fries tasted like they were from last week. I should have saved my money. Food like that shouldn't even be given away. My mistake is that I should have known not to get anything from a place during closing.
