I don't normally leave reviews for fast food, but the Fuquay Bojangles deserves another good mark. I've been getting my daily fix of a breakfast sandwich and sweet tea for a few weeks now, and everytime it's been an absolute pleasant experience in drive thru. If there's ever a long line, they do a good job at hustlin to get everyone through. I've never had an issue with them understanding my order through the speaker, and they're extremely efficient at the pickup window. Handing me my drink as I hand them my card, handing me my bag, then giving my card back... I mean, the whole interaction is maybe 10 seconds at most, and the staff is so courteous and happy and smiling. It might seem trivial, but those little things go a long way for customers and it doesn't go unnoticed. Whoever they have working at this location, I hope the company takes care of them because they need to keep those folks. Thanks Fuquay Bojangles! I appreciate everything you do! Drive thru experience was great, but food was way below expectations for one of my favorite chains. Chicken sandwich bun was toasted black and the chicken was overcooked.
