I want to give a shout out to the manager on duty today, 03/02/24 around 2pm. For some reason my debit card wasn't working and she comped my order. Thank you very much. We go to this location often and have never had any issues. Good is always fresh and employees have always been nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Out of chicken.... you can't make this stuff up. 🤦‍♀️ 6mo later and somehow it's worse than my initial 1☆ review. Burnt dried out chicken, fries are crispy shells of nastiness without a hint of potato. They were out of other side options. WARNING!!!! Don't not eat here if you value your health but if you're in the mood to be disrespected and or have the time to be disappointed when you get your food then this is your spot. They were arguing with a customer when I walked in and They couldn't even handle my 2 biscuit order. The place looks good because it's new but don't be fooled and just go to another place because this is not it. NEW BOJANGLES EVEN WORSE THAN THE OLD!!! They have 2 drive-thrus now but they’re twice as slow as before. Waited in line for nearly 30 mins while I watched the workers come in and out of the side door, laughing with each other, talking to people in the parking lot, cutting up (everything but working) Drive up to the window to get my food, the girl has no idea what I ordered. She asked me 2-3 times what I ordered. Then I had to ask her to give me my drinks or I wouldn’t of gotten them! They were “out” of honey mustard. I overheard them telling the people in line behind us that they just stopped selling chicken supremes. (They probably weren’t out of anything, they just didn’t feel like serving them anymore.) Got home, tasted my Pepsi (that I had to remind her about) and it was so flat and uncarbonated I had to pour it out. Could NOT drink it, it was so nasty. Tasted like the drink machine has never been cleaned out, and that’s concerning considering they just reopened. The fries (as you can probably tell from the picture) were not seasoned at all, not even salted. They were soft, mushy, and undercooked. I get a Chicken Supreme box all the time, they’re always good. But this is the worst chicken supreme box I’ve ever had. It wasn’t only mine that was messed up, my boyfriend’s chicken supreme (same exact order as mine) was just the same. Drink nasty, fries undercooked, food inedible. I wasted $30 on some terrible food. A bunch of young kids working there, hanging out, cutting up with each other. Waited at the drive-thru at 8:40 a.m. this morning for more than 8 minutes before they even spoke to me on the speaker. Stayed in line 10 minutes. When giving my order.... The woman just yelled "pull around" didn't give me a total or anything just yelled "pull around". Drive thru wasn't moving so I went inside and it still took 20 minutes to get 2 biscuits. Supposedly was going to be a better spot since it was remodeled. Staff was walking around like they were lost and several of them had very long braids not covered by anything and you could just see the hair flying. Not very clean either...I won't be back.
