Being at this fast food, eat nicely cooked cheese biscuits, bacon and sandwiches. According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve tasty biscuits here. A number of visitors have noticed that employees are patient at this place. But guests rate Bojangles below average on Google.
This location is beyond terrible,.You place your order at the drive thru,opening the bag is like opening a box of chocolates, You
never know who's order they just gave you..And the managers that are there when they open in the mornings,don't even care.there expressions says it all.If you want your food

I will never go to Bojangles, At...... 1375 Glenn Center Drive in Kernersville N.C. they have messed up just that bad,,,, PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS ,,,,How is it that EVERYBODY that visits this Location,,,, ALWAYS has some type of PROBLEM.On a DAILY basis. Ooof, an 80 sanitation score is really bad. This location needs some serious help. Fries are either undercooked and/or under seasoned. Biscuits are either hard as a rock or undercooked. Management needs to take a serious look in the mirror because this is on them. I usually come to this location once a week but I definitely don’t want to with such a garbage sanitation score which pushed me over the edge. I know this is fast food, but do better.

I ordered a Bojangles sandwich and got a Fish sandwich. I called and she said she thought I said a fish sandwich. No I did not order fish. Was asked if I wanted to return it. No I’m not making another trip there. There was no offer to replace it with chicken.

This restaurant is normally stellar, today not so much.
I came in and ordered a 3 pc. Supremes combo, and a 3 pc. dinner with 2 legs and a breast. I waited about 10 minutes, during which time the person who took my order was nowhere to be found, 2 other customers stood next to me, and a new customer entered the restaurant. NO ONE saw about us for a long while.
Someone from the drive thru finally asked me what I was waiting for. He then preceded to tell me that there were no more breasts available. This is after I had already been waiting for over 10 minutes. I decided to wait for chicken (13 + minutes).
The guy who originally took my order finally surfaced from the back to take someone else's order. Shortly after that, he put an order together for me (before the chicken was ready), didn't let me know it was ready, and disappeared to the back again. I noticed the order when I came to refill my drink. I asked someone else who was there about the order. They asked him about it, and he said it was for me, but the 3 pc leg & breast meal was incorrect. I took the Supremes combo so my daughter could eat. I finally got my food after 40 minutes.
I don't normally leave reviews, and as I said before, this restaurant is normally stellar, but it seems as though there were too many distractions amongst the crew members. The drive thru seemed to be efficient. Everyone else seemed to be distracted, and customer service on this day suffered because of it.

Wife went last Thursday just for some Dirty rice to take to church function. This is at 5:45 pm. They informed her they were out and would be 20 minutes to wait.
Again last night (Monday) I went thru drive thru around 6 pm to get some chicken. First off the prices for a 2 piece is almost $9, ridiculous! And when I asked for Dirty rice was responded they were out AGAIN. At which I told them to just forget it and forget my business going forward.

Every time I have came to this Bojangles the service has been awesome! I don't know about any other time of the day seeing I have only come for lunch but it is always so fast, nice employees, honestly the best ran fast food restaurant I have seen since I was young and good service was the normal.
