The lady who supposed to be making sandwiches always has the worst attitude and suppose to be a manager....she has no people skills. She talks to her employees like they are dogs....she is the reason nobody wants to work for fast food anymore!!! Darrell and the young lady and the red haired lady need promotions in my opinion...and my boyfriend and I go to eat our order is wrong...I was supposed to get extra piece of sausage for my gravy biscuit and I ordered my bf a bacon and cheese biscuit but we received a ham biscuit...so in very displeased with this experience altogether Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Everytime I go there, they always mess my order up..ordered Cajun filet club, didn’t have bacon on it, and wasn’t close to being fresh... Charged me for honey mustard but gave me ranch..called the manager for a credit for my order for the mess up and inconvenience, but she wanted me to drive all the way back down there for the bacon and honey mustard but no credit(which I’m not driving back at 9:00pm)..I’ve worked at 2 other franchises(sonic&McD) and we would have made the customer satisfied! 2/9/24 approx. 8:30 pm Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yes I'm a doordasher and the service there sucks I'm going to go ahead and tell you I have to wait on the orders all the time and they're cold the food is cold the food is not prepared write the customers are complaining and when I'm in the store about their food and my daughter asked her company and just honestly say that Bojangles down here Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

1st time at a BJs. dry chicken and fries over seasoned. had to rub off most of seasoning to eat the fries. expected better. soda machine not mixing right more soda water than sweet. was traveling so couldn't go back and ask for refund. I love Bojangles. But not this one. It is disgustingly filthy and they are always out of everything. The straw that broke the camel’s back was tonight. They took my order and my money. Then they filled orders of several folks behind me (with chicken supremes meals). Then they told me that they were out of supremes (after giving more to the people behind me than I had ordered) and it wasn’t their fault. Nothing else. No offer of a refund. No offer of an exchange or even an apology. My advice-Wear shoes you don’t mind sticking to the floor and bring your own cleaning supplies if you want to risk losing money and time at this location. And don’t go in hungry, because you can’t be guaranteed even that you will get your food or your money returned. First time I'd ever been to this location I was very skeptical because the line was all the way around the building, But with that line being all the way around the building I got to the window in less than 5 minutes The ladies were so nice The food was correct and hot I think it was the best experience I've ever had at any Bojangles in my entire life I would definitely recommend And if you think otherwise maybe you should give him a second chance Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Bo-Berry Biscuit

This restaurant should be Inspected by the heath and Sanitation department. When I walked in the employees were Gathered and Leaning over the Counter. The cashier put my cup upside down on a Dirty counter. The ff were over cooked. I chicken stripes looked like someone took a bit out of it. After taking my order cashier and employees ignored me until the employee passed my food over the counter. I have contacted the heath and Sanitation department in that area Contacted Bojangles. Have not heard anything from Bojangles. Why would employees have their backs to the Customer.... Asked the drive thru employee for some honey mustard, was told they were 42 cents each, I hand her a dollar. She hands me 2 sauces. I only wanted one sauce… fine, but she didn’t give me my $0.16 change.

Delicious chicken, yummy salty biscuits, and amazing prices! My family of 4 ate for only $19 and usually at fast food we spend at least $30. This was our first time trying bojangles and I was very happy with them. Clean restrooms and dining area too
