Worst customer service. Employee didn’t even said a word the whole time i was there. Ordered two strawberry smoothies. It was just water. Really disappointed becase is one of my favorite places for boba

Boba Tea Crew is the best. We moved away from my old Boba Tea fix and I was sad there was not a close one for me to go to. Then I discovered this little gem. They are new to the Keizer area and just opened. The staff is fantastic. If you aren't sure what you want they will make suggestions based on what they see trending. Let me tell you, they aren't wrong. I hope you stop by and give them a try. I keep coming back. I know they saying goes, if you experience bad service you will tell 10 people, but good service you will only tell 1 or 2. My hope is this reaches many people and they stop by to try them as well. I have never been disappointed. Did I mention they have stamp cards? 😉

This is the worst boba I’ve ever had and I get boba frequently from many places. The rose tasted only of floral dirt. The other two drinks my group got were heavily watered down. These 5 star reviews have got to be fake.

I love this place. They not only provide great taste boba tea with so many choices, but they treat people nicely. They offer the option to switch a drink if you do not like your drink.
Boba tea crew is an amazing place if you want really good Boba tea. There are so many flavors to choose from and it affordable pricing too! A flavor I recommend is strawberry and kiwi flavor with lychee bubbles ;)

My husband and I were visiting family in town and decided to check this place out. We LOVED our Boba drinks so much!🧋 They had a a “twin drink” that you could get two separate drinks in. I tried the brown sugar milk tea in one side and the raspberry energy milk tea. They were both so delicious! My husband got a Milk tea that he loved so much that we went for a second time in the same day! I tried a lavender milk tea with tapioca boba and mango popping boba. Again it was delicious! We’ll definitely go here again next time, highly recommend it.

Absolutely awful. I've been coming here since they've opened they're usually great, but today absolutely not. The owner was next door GAMBLING leaving his store completely unattended! I waited for a while cause I didn't wanna leave it unattended and he lied to my face about what he was doing next door I WATCHED HIM GAMBLE!

Is it really 5 stars? I came this store after reading 5 stars review. The Honeydew boba tea is making powder and syrup based, taste artificial. Yeah, the price is a little lower but i can make it at home with water and fruit powder
worst customer service ever! went in today around 4pm. order a drink for myself and my daughter. the gal had a few orders before ours, so I mentioned to my daughter to pick out her drink, the gal then said yeah I have like 9 drinks before you.
I tried to give her a little grace considering she was there by herself. I even tipped a few dollars. but what I saw after was just disgusting. she was so rude to the customers be fore us when they were grabbing drinks. when ours was up I asked if she had any straws, she literally stormed off and came back and said I was rude for asking for straws when I did. I will never go there again. I hope she gets talked to because it was very inappropriate behavior
The crew is so polite and friendly, if you're a regular they remember you, and the tea is divine! My go-to is a large taro tea with extra tapioca boba.
