The service is wonderful and friendly. They are down to earth, nice people that work here. The food is fresh, seasoned nicely, and not overly salted! I had chicken fingers & onion rings because they are my favorite. I would've liked to have had some homemade ranch dip 🤤 as that compliments the chicken nicely. I'm a diet coke person, but since it wasn't available, the diet Dr pepper was a nice change of taste. I would highly recommend trying dinner here. I was visiting so I didn't get to sample more menu items, but I highly recommend them and it was a nice change from the burger joints I'm used to in Las Vegas. Thanks for a pleasant visit! This place is a staple of the community. Been here for decades. People come from all over, just like Bobs bar (unrelated) in Martinsburg, NE (I have a review on that one too). Motorcycle groups, mustang groups etc., make this place a destination to travel to, stop and eat, and head back. You can order and eat inside, but they have order windows so you can order from outside as well. There are 2 outside areas to eat at. One is a deck that is on a side of the building, and then another is a patio style with tables and lights. Place is knows for its hot dogs abs taverns. They have great shakes abs malts too. The hot fudge marshmallow is pretty good.

Great place to stop for some well cooked fast food. We've been driving by for 16 years to my in-laws and finally stopped. Wish I would've found out sooner. One of the best taverns in Siouxland can be found at Bob's Drive Inn. I can't say I've tried anything else, but I don't know if I need to. The tavern is done quite well. I also love the indoor and outdoor seating. Also, while its usually crowded, the service is quite good. Definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in Northwest Iowa. Always quality food and service with a smile! We enjoyed a couple of dogs, salad and fries, and all were delish and presented nicely! The view from the outside deck was great, especially when unbeknownst to us, a scheduled car show unfolded around us in the parking lot! I definitely recommend giving the 'Step' Dog a try if you like spice and crunch, and my bf highly recommends the Southwestern Salad offered. A must-visit if you're visiting the Ice Cream Capital of the World :)

Nice little place to get lunch. Has been several years since I had the opportunity. Had a chili dog and fries. Malt was excellent and the staff is friendly and fast. Stop and get something...you won't regret it.
