Enjoyed a pleasant dining experience at Bob Evans. The food was good, prices fair, and the waitress provided warm hospitality. Have ordered a couple of times from this place but the morons that work there has screwed my order up every time. I am not one to normally complain about restaurants but they are complete idiots. This time particularly pissed me off and that is why I am posting a review. My wife and I ordered 2 regular size chicken Cobb salads and we received 2 half salads (notice I didn't say half chicken Cobb salads). The only thing they got right was the chicken. We got a couple pieces of lettuce, nuts(which does NOT come on a Cobb salad) avocado (which we didn't want, and ranch. The sad thing is, these morons are probably making decent money there now with the wage hike. Anyways they absolutely suck and will NEVER order from there again. Ordered delivery for family event, basically full Thanksgiving. They forgot a half gallon lemonade and order of corn. Contacted them they said I could pick up, ruins the point of delivery. Other option refund of those items... OK but takes a few days because they need to email corporate. Wait weeks and nothing. Only like $10 but very disappointing won't order again. I went here for the Thanksgiving meal. It was fantastic! I bought another one to go to have at home later. I didn't even know they did that till someone told me about it. The waitress was so slow! We ordered our drinks , soup and the entrees. She finally came back half an hour later with the soup (barely warm) and the entrees at same time!! By the time we ate the soup the rest of the meal was cold. She never did come back and check refills or anything else. Soup should have been served first!
