My first trip to Bob Evans since the early 80s. Moved home to the Cincy area after 30 years away. Great comfort food and efficient service even on Sunday morning. Their was no, Hello welcome to Bob Evans how many. Our food was good the sausage-gravy (it needed to be hotter) was room temperature and our milk (needed to be colder) was room temperature . I walked in to place a carryout order, Sunshine Skillet & Chicken Noodle Soup. I only had to wait about 5 minutes or less and my order was ready. Everything was correct in my bag. Servers are very busy, but, the food is so good! My son got blueberry pancakes with blueberries on top and I was so envious, simply because my blood sugar can't handle than. I ordered a Thanksgiving feast for my aunt and myself, the DoorDash driver never delivered the food. On Thanksgiving morning I called the restaurant and they bent over backwards to make it right. The manager was so awesome and the operations manager delivered the food himself. I am so grateful and impressed at the service I received! The food was delicious! I will never forget the exceptional service I received. Well done Ft. Wright Bob Evans! I will never forget the way you saved the day for me!! Thank you so very much! We came here for our Thanksgiving dinner, which was great, however when we finally got seated after waiting a long time, our family got separated into 2 tables, which I was unhappy about giving it was our Thanksgiving dinner, then there were several things they did not have that they should have like ice cream to go on the pie they just didn't have out, and chocolate milk they ran out of amoung a few other things. All together it was a good experience and great food so I shouldn't complain to much.
