We got a huge order for our Thanksgiving meal. I called in advance and Michelle was so helpful through the whole process. When I picked up in the morning and afternoon, Icker helped me both times. The country fried steak wasn't crispy, the eggs were mushy. The waiter never came back to see how our food was. I got one refill on my drink, and that was me addressing him as he walked by waiting on another table.
