The manager was bussing tables, taking orders, and refilling drinks. When we first sat down some older women that works there commented "O great!" and then started taking our order. Both my wife and I are recovering from the flu. Feeling good enough to eat, we decide to order from Bob Evans. We really can't leave so we try delivery for the first time. We order dinner and a little banana nut bread for snack. The food was just OK which is typical, but our bread was forgotten. Hit up the delivery service, was somewhat reimbursed (that's a whole story in itself). We thought "it can't happen 2 days in row" and ordered breakfast the next morning. One of the things we ordered was biscuits and gravy. We got the 6 biscuits in a box but no gravy. Called the restaurant only to be brushed off because it was ordered thru delivery service. Not only is this our last time using a delivery service, but the last time going to this restaurant. Your food wasn't that good anyway. Service Delivery

If I could give a negative score, I would. Stood in line for 15 mins waiting to be sat(they weren't busy at all). When I finally did get a table, I sat there for another 15 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. No, I'll be with you in a minute, no what can I get you to drink, nothing.
