Very nice place. Mike is such a nice guy and is very helpful when it comes to surfing, surf equipment, beer or life in general. Highly recommend this place if you’re after surf rental, good vibes and a good time!

We rented two boards last week for a week and Mike was super helpful and friendly. He gave us loads of info about the local surf spots both near Sagres and the West coast as well as his recommendations on local places to eat. You definitely feel like more than just another customer and board rental was very reasonably priced! Also a great community space as we headed over on Saturday night for the pizza (which was amazing) and live music. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Sagres wanting to hire boards and wouldn't hesitate to return if we find ourselves in the area again.

If you want to rent a surfboard or drink a delicious craft beer you are in the right place! The vibe in the store is unique and Mike gives great tips for surf spots and much more. Thank you Mike! I will definitely come back! This place is a 12/10 :-)

Really nice surf shop! Surfboard of great quality and good selection. Same for the wetsuit! Mike also help me finding the good spot to surf according to the conditions, waves, wind… I will definitely come back on my next visit to Sagres.

Amazing surf shop. Mike is super nice and helpful. My friends and I rented top boards for the same price as other shops rent really old ones. Also MIke is really flexible and we could returned it at 8.30 after a sunset session while other shops closed at 7 max. Really recommend this shop.

We rented some boards from Board Traders today! The owner was super friendly and knowledgable. As he got us set up he gave us recommendations for where to eat and what would be the best place to surf for the day! Both suggestions were top notch! Highly recommend!

Mike is the king 👑! Not only did he set us up with a board and wetsuit, he went through all the beaches that would have swell that week. He gave recommendations of all his favourite restaurants, which definitely was a bonus while in Sagres. Overall Mike is a great guy, and I would highly recommend stopping by Board Trader for any of your surfing needs!
