We are new to the Elyria area and looking for a "regular spot". We found it! The service was great. Arianna (sp?) took excellent of us. Our meals (chicken parm liver and onions, and French onion soup, plus a togo order) were great. We will definitely be regulars here! Stopped in while traveling with a friend. This is one of her favorite local places to eat. She loves the roast beef dinner with cup of soup and side salad. I tried the open faced Reuben. The corned beef was pulled high, juicy and tender. The fries were hot and crispy. The service was fast and friendly. Everything was clean and a comfortable American diner experience. The first time we visited this restaurant. A very different breakfast menu than the regular diner fare. It was so nice to be offered fresh fruit as a side. Reminds me of Cora's restaurant in Canada. Prices were very fair. Friendly and accommodating staff. I had the waffle ambrosia with a waffle that was very cake-like with blueberry yogurt on top and fresh fruit. Very filling and delicious. I had eaten here before about 5 years ago and was not impressed. Well, it's gotten worse! My friend ordered the stuffed pork chop, but it wasn't stuffed. It was dry and flavorless! I had the meatloaf, which I thought was safe. Nope! All it turned out to be was just ground beef smushed together with nothing in it, like onions or seasoning! I almost threw up. It was served on top of 2 white bread slices which confused me. I was told by the server that is was supposed to be an open faced sandwich, which was Not stated on the headline of this meal. It was served with mashed potatoes, which were tasteless as well. No veggie either. Oh, there was a flavorless gravy too! I have come to the conclusion that this restaurant chain is designed for people with no taste buds! I will never go there again! As you can figure out, I Do Not Suggest eating at this business! Do not waste your money. The price of that lunch was 14.99 and it didn't include the tea. Way over priced for what you got. 👎👎 Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
