Word around town is they have the BEST cinnamon rolls, and they did not disappoint! So airy and fluffy, full of cinnamon goodness , and the icing 🤤🤤🤤 make sure you call to reserve yours, they run out fast!! But honestly, fresh made daily, you can’t beat it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Blue Pig is one of the best bakeries I’ve been to in my life, seriously. We had a crew full of picky eaters, and everyone devoured the goodies we got there. I couldn’t even get pics before they dug in! We got the gingerbread, pumpkin bread, iced sugar cookie, peanut butter cookie with chocolate frosting (my favorite), milk chocolate truffles and a peanut butter cookie. We’ve also had their cinnamon rolls that were delicious, and a few other things I can’t remember from our last trip. My only complaint is they need more space so they can make more. The shop it’s in is cute too if you like vintage finds, and the breakfast sandwiches we saw them serving looked really good.

This place is so good! We had a fresh cinnamon roll, gingerbread slab, and warm coffee cake. Also, we got their “sweater weather latte”, and a cappuccino. If you’re anywhere in Newport you need to come check this place out!

One of those bakeries that you make plans to visit for irresistible baked goods, sandwiches, and soup in a homey shop with antiques. I looked over the baked goods as I waited in line and ordered a cinnamon roll, brownie, coffee cake, and a peanut butter cookie. The cookie was sweet and crumbly, the brownie was huge and rich tasting, the coffee cake had good taste, and the cinnamon roll was soft and was not really sweet without the icing. The bakery has cakes, cupcakes, breads, truffles, and a lunch menu. Located in Newport on NW Coast Street near the Nye Beach Arch and the Crowder Bowl Restaurant. A nice place to stop for a bite to eat, grab some baked goods, satisfy your sweet tooth with some truffles and with friendly service.

Cinnamon bun was delicious and the staff were super nice. Just wished they posted the price of their pastries so that the $6.50 price tag for a cinnamon bun isn't so shocking when you go to pay. If you have enough space to write the name of the pastry on a display, then please write the price, too. Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Cinnamon Roll
I love to try bakeries thay are new to me up and down the Oregon coast. I am especially fond of a good cupcake. I was planning a trip up the coast this week and spotted Blue Pig Bakery and had to go try their cupcakes. Super cute store and many amazing looking choices of baked goodies. I walked out with three different flavors and they were all really great. I will definitely make this a stop on my way through Newport from now on. We travel Oregon extensively and I review many coffee shop/ bakeries; I've been to dozens, some good, some bad. I rarely give five star reviews, but in this case I'd give 6 if it were possible. The eclectic nature of the shop, the delicious coffee - just the right temperature, and OMG the cinnamon rolls! I was somewhat unimpressed looking at them in the case as they were not frosted - your choice of toppings is added after you order to keep the bun from getting soggy or the icing from getting stiff. Try the warm topping they pour on, it is the best thing this side of heaven. We went back the next day for another, but they were closed (notice the part-time hours). We cried! Stood on the curb, two grown adults and bawled like babies (ok, not really), but it was close. Go try it; you owe yourself this.

We stopped by late on Sunday in the middle of an atmospheric river to grab some sweet treats for an evening of storm watching. We arrived just a smidge to late but much to our delight we were able to purchase items from their to go window. We didn't know what to expect, just stumbled upon the bakery. We were blown away by everything. The brownies, the cinnamon rolls, the cookies were all excellent! The brownie was on par with my mother's brownie and that is the highest compliment I can give. Thank you Blue Pig Bakery for the serendipitous meeting. We are now fans for life! Blue Pig's buttercream-frosted white cookies are seriously addicting and you can taste the high quality ingredients used. All of their baked goods have a lovely consistency in taste, texture and moistness that will leave you swooning. Very nice staff too. I love this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Adorable cafe by the beach, and everything is delicious! Excellently prepared, smooth coffee! The dirty chai I got is one of the best I've had! The baked goods we tried were all tasty too. All of that, and the service was friendly and quick! It's so nice to go to a place where they take pride in providing a great experience for all of your senses!
