Great bar on the corner of cherry and front street downtown mankato,mn. The bar has a modern feel with a 1920s old school shik vibe. 80% of the bar patrons are 21-25 college aged mankato state university students. Lots of good lookin young ladies who like to party and have a drink. It is near the other 10+ bars in walkable open mall area with lots of food and entertainment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nothing like a trip down memory lane. There are a lot of bars that have come and gone over the years. Blue Bricks will hopefully contusion last the test of time. They have plenty of seating and is a great place to meet up with old friends. Plenty of seating. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

There's a raging racial profiling bouncer who's actually a cook here and thinks hair care products smell like weed and enables creepy old men to stare down other men in the bathrooms. You've been warned. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Stopped in for a cold beer, was ID’d by a bouncer who I later found out was named Curly. He made me feel welcome and made me want to go back time and time again. Thank you for being such a good bouncer.

This bar is amazing and Maggie the bartender is absolutely awesome. I am from Minot ND and really looking forward to coming back. The wings, the pizza, fries, and the whiskey sours are fantastic. As far as I am concerned Maggie made me want to come back. I wish they had Maggie and this bar in Minot ND along with the food. Thank you for a awesome weekend. Stopped in Sunday evening & asked the staff to switch the TV to the Wild game. They were friendly, & very helpful. Service was great. BUT encountered a RUDE man who did work there. BUT wasn't scheduled to work that night. Curly the bouncer Rudely changed the channel to the station he wanted to watch. When other customers were also watching the Wild. We all left after that. It was completely uncalled for. I was shocked at his Rude behavior & comments. Service Dine in
Wasn’t impressed. Service was friendly but slow. Appreciated a puppy friendly outdoor dining environment but not the table that was chain smoking while spending many hours at a corner table:/ buffalo quesadilla was too spicy and there was no sour cream served with that or with the nachos we ordered. Cheese curds tasted like they were frozen and reheated. Great happy hour pricing. Wish they had a gluten free pizza option.
