What a pleasant place. Service with a smile-server (I don’t know his name) was friendly-makes you want to come back. Beautiful presentation-a flower on top of the mixed vegetables dish. Carved Carrot on top of rice. Food way lighter (not greasy or saucy) than typical suburban Chinese restaurants. We have been looking for an excellent Chinese Restaurant near Fountain Hills. Blossom Kitchen surpassed all expectations. Fresh, well seasoned dishes served by friendly staff, leavel of spice can be altered to taste. The portions are generous. Dishes are prepared and served with care and beauty. Highly recommend!
