Black Line is a great local coffee shop! The drinks are well made and I like the coffee beans used. Their donuts are delicious and creative too. The people there are very friendly and even gave my dog a little pup cup without me asking.

I had a sleep study in the area and wanted to support a local small business for my coffee purchase when I left instead of funneling more money into Starbucks. This coffee was really good. I got the Lavender cream coffee and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. I wish they came in larger cup sizes, it was that good! The parking was a little odd but unproblematic because the liquor store next door was closed. No drive thru that I saw but that's alright. They weren't super busy when I went and the barista was nice enough. Cute "this or that" tip jars that I appreciated for the extra incentive to tip... not just a boring old tip jar with no unique qualities. I don't live in the area but if I return, I'll definitely give this place another visit.

Amazing place but two complaints. One the kolaches with the hand made candied jalapeño is bomb, except the sausage. The sausage is cut in half and you can’t eat through the thick casing. Need a higher quality meat here. Two, the coffee needs to be of a slightly higher quality and the shots need to be pulled at the correct speed. I’ve had shots that have been pulled too slow and burned on top of an already too dark roast, and a too fast pull with watery coffee. It’s small fixes, but if they dedicate a little more to those areas to improve product then it’s perfect. Great donuts and service.

Lavender Haze
The cold brew and french press coffees are delicious. Donuts are THE BEST. I highly recommend the classy A.F. and salted chocolate donuts. The everything donut is something else entirely, savory and sweet and so good. The kolaches are also delicious, the dough is top notch.

Let me preface by saying I've been in the customer service industry for 35 years and still am. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years.
I was so excited to try your coffee and donuts today 2/22/24 @9:58am as I had heard so many positive reviews on FB. We arrived and loved the atmosphere there was 1 guest in front of me. 3 customers at the end of the counter relaxing. There were 3 employees behind the counter the person taking the orders, a person washing dishes and another young lady not sure what she was doing. The person in front of me had his donuts and was waiting for his coffees. Great, completely understand. We stood there for a few minutes and not one employee addressed us with "good morning or I'll be right with you" nothing. I was patiently waiting for someone to come take my order and still nothing. Then I hear the young lady behind the counter conversing with the customer who already had their coffee at the end of the counter and thought, why am I still standing here with no one taking my order.
I completely understand everyone has their own job to do but when you have customers standing there waiting, you step up and help. My son finally said "let's go". Regretfully we walked out after 8 minutes of standing there just waiting.
On the plus side everything looked delicious, unfortunately I don't know that I'll go back due to poor customer service.
