Unfortunately, several of the patrons were stuck up California Karen types. The staff handled the well. The dude in the man bun milking his drink for far too long was an uncomfortable starer.
Will probably use the drive thru next time.

I just bought a latte with hazelnut flavor and I think they forgot to add the expresso in my coffee because tested like milk and sugar only.. I couldn’t finish it. I had good expectations but, I’m very disappointed.

This is a great little coffee spot that also serves bubbly/fizzy energy drinks. They have a good rewards program and the staff is always friendly.

The customer service here is lacking. Honestly, I stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged by the staff before leaving and going to Redefined in Grapevine.

I am a regular here. All the baristas are super nice. Today when I ordered in the drive-thru, I was crying and super embarrassed about it but couldn't stop because my day was just getting worse and worse... The barista drew my name on the top of my cup and put a bunch of hearts. I really needed just a simple act of kindness today, and so this really brightened up my day. Thank you for being so kind to your customers. It's little things like this that make this coffee shop top tier.
