The food and the people are good, the hand carved bears and jukebox make no sense. They even have stuffed bears kayaking? It's gathered lots of dust, this place doesn't need a gimmick, it's good it's solid! Staff is good. Take home pies reminds me of Marie's calendar quality. I happened to be a guest today and experienced a customer who was rather rude with the server as well as the manager. I have dined at this establishment many many times and have never had an issue with the service or the quality of the food. My server, Ana, has always conducted herself in a professional manner and has always welcomed other customers as well as myself with a warm and friendly welcome. You have to understand that she is not just tending to your table but to others as well. Patience is the key. I will continue to dine in whether it be for breakfast or lunch, and highly recommend others to this establishment. Busy hour understandable. First server for drinks is respectful professional no issues. Food is sitting 5 to 6 minutes before being served. When this was brought up after eggs and other food was cold the female waitress stormed off. I've worked in the industry before I get people have their bad days. But I was always taught to keep a professional manner when regarding customers. Lunch and dinner hours are good. Breakfast avoid as the service and food is lack luster. Edited got my food food served cold food doesn't have fresh ingredients and instead served with on edge products. Third edit. Thank you so much for having a server get combative when I spoke to the manager thank you so much manager for not letting your server be professional. I'd rather go to a military base for food at least we know the food is burnt and cooked. Day shift is a bad apple for this tree of a restaurant.
